Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services you buy from Myragal ("we", "us"). Your signed service agreement, if any, takes priority where it differs.
Our services
We provide salon growth services: business and competitor analysis, website and online booking setup, social media page setup, advertising management, and enquiry handling. What's included in each plan is described on our pricing page and in your agreement.
The free audit
The audit is free and places you under no obligation. We may decline to offer paid services if we don't believe we can get results for your salon.
Fees and billing
- Foundation is a one-time fee of $897 USD.
- Chair Filler is a $1,497 USD setup fee, then $297 USD per month plus $25 USD per confirmed client, with total monthly fees capped at $1,497 USD.
- Full House is a $2,497 USD setup fee, then $597 USD per month plus $25 USD per confirmed client, with total monthly fees capped at $2,497 USD.
The monthly base fee is charged automatically each month. Per-client fees are invoiced monthly in arrears. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is not included in our fees. If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause work until it is paid.
Confirmed clients
A confirmed client is a first-time customer who books through the booking system we install, attends, and pays. No-shows, cancellations, existing customers and walk-ins are never counted or charged. Counts are taken from the booking system export, which both parties can see.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to your accounts, usable photos of your work, and an agreed advertising budget; to deliver the services your clients book; and to comply with laws that apply to your business, including consent rules for any messages sent on your behalf.
Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to bigaelcreatives@gmail.com. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
Ownership
Once paid for, your website content, brand assets and client data belong to you. We may keep the right to use our own templates, systems and know-how, and, with your permission, to describe your results as a case study.
No guaranteed results
Apart from the written guarantee described in our Guarantee Terms, we do not promise specific revenue or client numbers. Advertising platforms may change their rules or restrict accounts; we are not responsible for their decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
