Your chairs should be full. Let's fill them.

We build the booking system, the pages and the ads that turn people who find your salon into booked, attended, paid appointments.

For independent hair, braiding and locs salons in the US and Canada.

Bookings that come in while you sleep.

Where the money goes

Your salon is already losing bookings. Mostly while you sleep.

Not because your work isn't good. Because the people who want it can't reach you when they're ready to book.

Invisible after 8pm

Someone finds your work at 10pm, wants to book, and can't. By morning she's booked somewhere else.

DMs left on read

You're mid-braid for six hours. Messages pile up. The ones you answer tomorrow have already moved on.

No-shows eating your month

No deposit, no reminder, no reason to turn up. The chair sits empty and the day's money goes with it.

You don't need another website. You need the revenue you're already losing.

Websites and social pages are only the machinery. What we deliver is new clients in your chair, and we get paid more only when you get more of them.

A web designer

  • Hands you a nice-looking site and moves on
  • Gets paid for pages, whether you get clients or not
  • A booking link, if you ask for one
  • No plan for DMs, deposits or no-shows
  • Getting people to the site is your problem

Us

  • Builds the whole path from "I found you" to "I paid"
  • Earns more only when you get more new clients
  • Real online booking that takes deposits
  • Instant replies, confirmations and reminders, day and night
  • Runs the ads that bring people in

How it works

Five steps. The same ones every time.

  1. Analyse your salon

We look at your salon and three local competitors: how people find you, how they book, and where they drop off.

  2. Build your booking website

A mobile-first website with real online booking that takes deposits, so people can book at 11pm without waiting on you.

  3. Set up your pages

Your Instagram and Facebook, set up and branded properly, so the people who find you trust what they see.

  4. Run the ads

We build and run ads that put your work in front of people nearby who are looking for it.

  5. Handle every enquiry

Every enquiry gets an answer, fast, and is walked all the way to a booked, attended, paid appointment.

This comes with Chair Filler. It's for salons we accept after the audit, with clear photos of their work and an active ad budget. That's why we audit first: we only promise what we can deliver.

Questions salon owners ask first

Do I need a website already?

No. Most salons we work with don't have one that takes bookings. We build it for you, with real online booking and deposits. If you already have a site, the audit will tell you whether to keep it or replace it.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, straight to Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). That money goes to the ads, not to us. We build and run the ads and make sure every dollar has somewhere good to land.

How much should I spend on ads?

Most salons we work with start from about $20 a day. The audit will show what makes sense for your area and your services, and we'll never push you past what you're comfortable with.

What if I don't get clients?

On Chair Filler you're covered by our guarantee: 20 qualified booking requests within 60 days, or we keep working free until you have them. And you only pay the $25 fee for clients who actually book, show up and pay.
