How we fill your chairs

The same five steps for every salon. Here's what you do, what we do, and roughly when it happens.

  1. Week 1

    Analyse your salon

We look at your salon and three local competitors: how people find you, how they book, and where they drop off.

    What you do

Answer a few questions and send photos of your work.

    What we do

Study your salon, your area and three competitors, and show you what we found.
  2. Weeks 1 to 2

    Build your booking website

A mobile-first website with real online booking that takes deposits, so people can book at 11pm without waiting on you.

    What you do

Tell us your services, prices, hours and deposit rules.

    What we do

Build the website and booking system, test it, and hand it to you ready to take money.
  3. Week 2

    Set up your pages

Your Instagram and Facebook, set up and branded properly, so the people who find you trust what they see.

    What you do

Give us access to your Instagram and Facebook.

    What we do

Set them up, brand them, and connect them to your booking page.
  4. From week 3

    Run the ads

We build and run ads that put your work in front of people nearby who are looking for it.

    What you do

Agree an ad budget you're comfortable with, paid to Meta.

    What we do

Build the ads, run them, and adjust them every week based on real bookings.
  5. Every day after launch

    Handle every enquiry

Every enquiry gets an answer, fast, and is walked all the way to a booked, attended, paid appointment.

    What you do

Do the hair. Keep your calendar open for new clients.

    What we do

Make sure every enquiry is answered, confirmed, reminded and counted.

Timing is typical. Your audit will give you dates for your salon.

What happens to a new enquiry at 11pm

She asks. She books. She shows up.

Right now, a message sent at 11pm waits until you wake up. After we're done, this is what happens instead.

  1. She sees your work on Instagram and taps to ask about a price.

  2. Instant reply. She gets an answer in seconds, in your salon's voice.

  3. Qualifying questions. Which style, what length, when she wants to come in.

  4. Booking with a deposit. She picks a time and pays to hold the chair.

  5. A confirmation she has to reply to. Reply YES, or the chair can go to someone else.

  6. Reminders with the time, the address and how to come prepared.

  7. She sits in your chair. She pays. She's counted as a confirmed new client.

What you need to bring

We can't make up for these, so we check them in the audit.

Clear photos of your work

Good photos are what people book from. Phone photos are fine if they're sharp and well lit.

An ad budget

Paid to Meta, not to us. Most salons we work with start from about $20 a day.

Room for new clients

Space in your week to take the people we send. If you're already full, we'll talk about rebooking and prices instead.

The audit is free. You'll see how findable you are, how easy you are to book, and how you compare with three salons near you.
