This policy explains how Myragal ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and our services. We work with salon owners in the United States and Canada.

What we collect

When you request an audit, book a call, join our waitlist or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, salon name, location, phone number, email, social media handles, website, business details, answers to our questions, and photos of your work. When you pay, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details; we do not see or store full card numbers.

If you accept cookies, we also collect information about how you use this site through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

  • To prepare your audit and contact you about it
  • To schedule, confirm and remind you about calls
  • To deliver the services you buy and bill for them
  • To send marketing emails or texts, only if you agreed
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business, including our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our website host (Netlify), our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery providers, and analytics and advertising providers (Google and Meta). They may only use your information to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep audit and enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as needed for our services and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing bigaelcreatives@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Canada), you may have additional rights, which we will honour.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

International transfers

Our team and service providers may process information outside your country. We take steps to protect it when we do.
