Do I need a website already?
No. Most salons we work with don't have one that takes bookings. We build it for you, with real online booking and deposits. If you already have a site, the audit will tell you whether to keep it or replace it.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, straight to Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). That money goes to the ads, not to us. We build and run the ads and make sure every dollar has somewhere good to land.
How much should I spend on ads?
Most salons we work with start from about $20 a day. The audit will show what makes sense for your area and your services, and we'll never push you past what you're comfortable with.
What if I don't get clients?
On Chair Filler you're covered by our guarantee: 20 qualified booking requests within 60 days, or we keep working free until you have them. And you only pay the $25 fee for clients who actually book, show up and pay.
How do you count confirmed clients?
A confirmed client is a first-time customer who books through the booking system we install, attends, and pays. No-shows, cancellations, existing customers and walk-ins are never counted. We both read the same booking export, so you never have to trust our count.
Can I cancel?
Foundation is a one-time payment with nothing monthly. On Chair Filler and Full House, the monthly plan can be cancelled with notice as set out in our terms. The website and booking system we build stay yours.
Do you work with barbers, nail techs or lash artists?
Right now we focus on hair, braiding and locs salons, because that's where our results are. Other beauty businesses are coming soon. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you first.
Which booking system do you use?
We install and manage the booking system ourselves, on a platform built for appointment businesses. It takes deposits, sends confirmations and reminders, and gives us both the same export of every booking.
Do you take over my Instagram?
No. It stays your account and your voice. We set it up and brand it properly, and we handle the new-client enquiries that come in from ads so none of them sit unanswered. You keep posting your work.
What do you need from me?
Clear photos of your work, an ad budget you're comfortable with, access to your Instagram and Facebook, and room in your calendar for new clients. We handle the rest.
